The All-India Heart Foundation is a Scientific and Industrial Research Organization approved by the Ministry of Science and Technology (Govt. of India). The Research Centre under the guidelines of Department of Science & Technology works in close collaboration in evaluating and developing technologies for better health care to sick people. The research centre have undertaken multidisciplinary researches in the fields of Cardiology, Cerebrovascular Diseases (Stroke) etc, to cite a few. One of the important aims of the Research Centre is to establish Community based epidemiological researches in cerebrovascular disease in stroke.
