Dr. Zarleen Chongtham (P.T.) is the Head of the Physiotherapy Department at National Heart Institute, with over 21 years of experience in cardiopulmonary, orthopaedic, neurological, geriatric, and ICU rehabilitation. She completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy from Garden City College of Physiotherapy, Rajiv Gandhi University and her Master of Physiotherapy (Cardiopulmonary) from Prakash College, CCS University. She has undergone specialized training at Weston Group Centres, USA, including geriatric care. Before joining National Heart Institute, she served as a consultant physiotherapist at Delhi ENT Hospital, Sanjeevan Hospital, and Delhi Plastic Surgery Centre. She is committed to delivering evidence-based, patient-centred rehabilitation to improve functional recovery and quality of life.
